Write a Thanksgiving Poem!
It’s time to write a poem together as a community again! Our first community poem turned out to be a good success-while it was short-it definitely had some power behind it. With the fall season on us, and the holidays just around the corner, I thought it would be great to put down some thoughts about Thanksgiving!

Family gathers round, to give thanks and their blessing,
as they bow their heads down.

Another day together,
for all has been so well,
we celebrate eachother,
like the pilgrims and the indians
the drapped tables with cloth
the savory turkey roast
together we belong
forever we shall remember
